R&B recognises that its employees are its most valuable commodity. Central to the success of the company is the right blend of talent, motivation and leadership. Therefore, investment in its people and the local communities are paramount to the continuing success of the business.

 

Having recently employed a new trainee, living in the local surrounding area, R&B will sponsor them to NVQ level 3 in the coming weeks, in addition to the in-depth training they will receive from our workshop.

 

R&B support local communities, charities and projects. 

 

R&B have for many years sponsored local individuals, whether as an employer or in a social capacity from the surrounding areas. They are currently sponsoring a local amateur boxer and football team.

 

R&B Metals recycling centre was purchased in September 2020. The original owners were going to close the business with a loss of local jobs. R&B have since taken over the business reemployed local staff and continue to ensure ferrous and nonferrous metals are recycled correctly. This provides investment to the local area and ensures less waste goes to landfill.
